 Summer Yoga

WHY YOGA?

I will be teaching an hours yoga class suitable for all levels at the Eric Liddell Centre in Edinburgh for 6 weeks from Tuesday 12 July until 16 August at 1130am till 1230 pm.  

Summer Yoga Offerings

IN PERSON

£50 for 6 classes.

 

Sign up to all 6 classes in person and get 6 classes for the price of 5. Recordings available too for missed classes.

ON ZOOM

£50 for 6 classes.

 

Includes access to a recording of all classes on a members only page on my website till the end of August.

Who Are These Classes For?

​

  • If you are new to yoga, and have a good level of general fitness, options will be given to you during the class so the practice can be tailored for you.

  • If you want a course specifically for beginners then either sign up to my yoga library or sign up for notifications of my next beginners series in September.

What To Expect?

  • Grounding breath work and warm ups 

  • A mixture of standing, seated and supine poses

  • Uplifting themes which help set the intention for the class and help you take your yoga off the mat into the rest of your day!

  • And of course savasana to enjoy complete relaxation at the end of the class

What To Bring?

  • You will need your own yoga mat

  • You will need two yoga blocks and a yoga strap

  • Please contact me if you need to borrow anything so I can make sure there is enough for everyone.

Jen  is an excellent yoga teacher. She gives clear guidance and instruction correctly when needed. I enjoy the pace of her classes and the way she stresses the importance of  the anusara  alignment principles on the body in each pose and the process of yoga to bring space and fluidity.
