Service Description

An opportunity to slow down and spend a bit longer in some of our poses so as not to rush it all in one hour. Plenty of warm up and restorative poses too with a soundbath to finish. This will be a fun and playful workshop as I will offer lots of different options for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

I am unable to offer refunds in case of cancellations as I donate the proceeds of my classes to charity. These workshops are not recorded but I will be starting to introduce some of these variations of asanas into my regular classes so you will be able to practice them if you choose.
