Free Soundbath (Mon 1045 am starts 2/10)

Service Description

I am calling for people to take part in free Soundbath Relaxation Sessions as part of a case study for my Professional Diploma in Group Soundbath Relaxation Therapy with The British Academy of Sound Therapy. I have Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Bowls and a Sun Gong as well as a variety of percussion instruments which I play in a certain order and in a specific way to induce deep relaxation. Benefits can include reduced stress and anxiety, less muscle tension and physical pain as well as an increased sense of wellbeing and a positive mood-state.
