Journey Beyond Yourself (Mon 6 pm )

Service Description

A block of 5 live-streamed classes with in person options too in Auchterarder. Awakening Consciousness, Experiencing Energy, Freeing Yourself, Going Beyond and Living Life will be the themes for each week. I will offer a separate restorative session to incorporate more sound baths and Yoga Nidra at a separate time from these classes. Classes will be recorded for a week afterwards too in case you can't make the livestream or in person.

Cancellation Policy
