Service Description

A block of 5 live-streamed classes with in person options too in Auchterarder with the option of staying on for a free sound bath afterwards as part of my case studies (book in separately for this). Awakening Consciousness, Experiencing Energy, Freeing Yourself, Going Beyond and Living Life will be the themes for each week. I will offer a separate restorative session to incorporate more sound baths and Yoga Nidra at a separate time from these classes. Classes will be recorded for a week afterwards too in case you can't make the livestream or in person.

Cancellation Policy
