A block of 5 yoga classes using Anusara alignment to help you find ease in your body. Inspired by the Bhakti sutras - ancient texts by the sage Narada about love.

Sadly I cannot offer refunds if you are unable to attend a class as I donate the proceeds of my classes to charity. All the classes are recorded for my online students so if you miss a class please contact me and I can send you the recording for that week or can offer you an online option.
