Service Description

We will start with some gentle yoga and build up over the three weeks to a more active practice to welcome the New Year. All equipment is provided.

Sadly I cannot offer refunds if you are unable to attend a class as I donate the proceeds of my classes to charity. All the classes are recorded for my online students so if you miss a class please contact me and I can send you the recording for that week or can offer you an online option.
