Service Description

We will start with some gentle yoga and build up over the three weeks to a more active practice to welcome the New Year. There will be recordings available for each week so no need to miss a class.

Sadly I cannot offer refunds if you are unable to attend a class online as I donate the proceeds of my classes to charity. All the classes are recorded and you will have access to these for a week afterwards.
