Service Description
A block of six classes themed on the aspects of the divine. We will be connecting to our innate goodness and our poses will be expressed from the "inside out" - from the divine goodness within. The first class will be on a Tuesday with all others on a Monday at my small studio in Abercromby Place (3 students only). Each class will be recorded for a week afterwards and you will get the recordings too in case you can't attend live. The last class will be a recorded Restorative with Yoga Nidra.
