Service Description

Come and warm yourself up as we move, stretch and breathe before settling into some wonderful restorative poses and then enjoy a lovely Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) followed by a bonus Sound bath as part of my Diploma in Group Sound Relaxation Therapy. In exchange I would be grateful if you could take part in some research after the session.
