Service Description

Treat yourself to some wonderful restorative yoga and then enjoy a lovely Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) followed by a bonus Sound bath as part of my Diploma in Group Sound Relaxation Therapy. I'd be grateful if you could participate in some research after this session.
