Service Description
We will start by warming up the body and working in partners to build confidence and trust. We will then be working in pairs or threes to help us access some simple inversions. This will be a fun and playful workshop as I will offer lots of different options for everyone.

Cancellation Policy
I am unable to offer refunds in case of cancellations as I donate the proceeds of my classes to charity. These workshops are not recorded but I will be starting to introduce some of these variations of asanas into my regular classes so you will be able to practice them if you choose.
