What’s included: • Daily 10-minute guided breathing practices (easy to follow, powerful results) • Four week access to my full Yoga Video Library — over 160 sessions in asana, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra • Support Alzheimer’s Research UK — part of your course fee goes to this vital cause and together we have raised over £17,000. You can start whenever you like, but I encourage my regular yogis to begin on either Monday 12th May or Monday 19th May so you’ll have plenty to explore while I’m away celebrating my daughter’s graduation!
