In Anusara, we don't seek to become brighter; we uncover the radiance that is already within us. Summer simply reminds us of what has always been present. Find your inner light with me each week as we use alignment yoga and props to help us shine. NB no class on 10 August so this block will finish on 31 August.

Cancellation Policy
Sadly I cannot offer refunds if you are unable to attend a class online as I donate the proceeds of my classes to charity. All the classes are recorded and you will have access to these for a week afterwards. You can always email if there are circumstances where you might need the recordings for longer which I will always try to accommodate.
