Virtual Yoga Retreat

A much needed escape - come and find some ease with a gentle practice followed by restorative!
Come and join me on the mat for two hours of self-care. After a very stressful and anxiety-inducing year, a focus on well-being has never been so important.
Move, relax and refresh through this wonderful practice from the comfort of your own home.
The first hour will be a potpourri with a little bit of everything to make sure you feel stretched and toned.
The second hour will focus on restorative poses with approximately 30 minutes of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a guided meditation which will encourage you to feel deeply relaxed so your body and mind can be completely at ease.
