Current Yoga Offerings
PRIVATE
I can also offer private yoga for one hour either in person or online. Choose from active yoga, resorative yoga or even chair yoga so something for everybody and every body.
BLOCK OF 6 CLASSES ON ZOOM

My next block of classes starts on Monday 5 June and will be themed on Mudras and Mantras - so hand gestures and positive affirmations as well as our usual poses. Previous themes have included Dogs on Film, Ganesha and Finding Nemo.
VIDEO LIBRARY
There are nearly 100 recordings on the website. Choose from a block of beginners classes or maybe some restorative classes with guided mediation. There are a wide range of fun themed yoga classes with options for all levels too.

Who Are These Classes For?

If you are new to yoga, and have a good level of general fitness, options will be given to you during the class so the practice can be tailored for you.

If you want a course specifically for beginners then either sign up to my yoga library or sign up for notifications of my next beginners series in September.
What To Expect?

Grounding breath work and warm ups

A mixture of standing, seated and supine poses

Uplifting themes which help set the intention for the class and help you take your yoga off the mat into the rest of your day!

And of course savasana to enjoy complete relaxation at the end of the class
What To Bring?

All equipment is provided at my wee studio in the New Town
-
Otherwise for general classes you will need a mat, two yoga blocks and a yoga strap.

For restoratives you will need a yoga bolster but I can send you a video of how to make one at home.

If using zoom then a good internet connection and a smile is all that is require
