A block of classes inspired by the Eras Tour of Taylor Swift and the wonderful Swiftie community.  Expect some fun, uplifting, alignment yoga suitable for all.  Online, in person and drop-ins available.

  • Monday 15 July - 26 August (excluding 5 August)

  • 630 pm - 730 pm

  • Drumlochy, Caledonian Crescent, Auchterarder, PH3 1NG

  • Drop Ins £15

  • Block of 6 for £75 either in person or online (recordings for a week so you don't have to miss a class)

  • Bonus Video Library access for July & August if you sign up before 1 July with over 50 videos including restoratives.

I will be teaching an hours yoga class suitable for all levels at the Eric Liddell Centre in Edinburgh for 6 weeks from Tuesday 12 July until 16 August at 1130am till 1230 pm.

Who Are These Classes For?

  • If you are new to yoga, and have a good level of general fitness, options will be given to you during the class so the practice can be tailored for you.

  • Anyone with a regular yoga practice as extensions will be offered

  • If you want a course specifically for beginners then either sign up to my yoga library or sign up for notifications of my next beginners series.

What To Expect?

  • Grounding breath work and warm ups â€‹

  • A mixture of standing, seated and supine poses

  • Uplifting themes which help set the intention for the class and help you take your yoga off the mat into the rest of your day!

  • And of course savasana to enjoy complete relaxation at the end of the class

What Equipment Do I Need?

  • You will need your own yoga mat

  • You will need two yoga blocks and a yoga strap

  • Equipment provided including mats and props for in person yoga but please feel free to bring your own.

Jen  is an excellent yoga teacher. She gives clear guidance and instruction correctly when needed.
