Welcome to my website. I am an Anusara-Inspired™ yoga teacher offering zoom and in person yoga in Edinburgh and in Auchterarder.  I am also a qualified Sound Therapist and have a professional Diploma in Group Sound Relaxation Therapy with the Brisitih Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) and am a member of the International Therapeutic Sound Association (ITSA).

 

Anusara yoga is alignment-based hath yoga with uplifting heart felt themes woven through them and suitable for all levels.  I also offer sound baths, restorative yoga and yoga nidra for those wanting a more gentle approach with the focus on deep relaxation.

I can also offer private yoga or sound baths for individuals or small groups on request either online or in person in Edinburgh or Auchterarder.

Current Yoga Offerings

SOUND BATHS

My next sound bath is on Sunday 16 June at 5 - 6 pm in Auchterarder.  All you have to do is lie  down and relax and let the sounds and vibrations wash over you.

ONLINE YOGA

My next block of yoga classes is themed on our Chakras and runs for 7 weeks.  

 

Block of 7 classes on Mondays at either 930 am or 630 pm. 

VIDEO LIBRARY 

Yoga on Demand!  Keep your yoga practice going whenever you like with unlimited access to over 100 recordings including 13 restoratives for only £15 per month.

Jen  is an excellent yoga teacher. She gives clear guidance and instruction correctly when needed. I enjoy the pace of her classes and the way she stresses the importance of  the anusara  alignment principles on the body in each pose and the process of yoga to bring space and fluidity. She has a wonderful knowledge of the philosophy of yoga and weaves it beautifully into each class .

Each class is energising yet totally calming, and there's always something new to learn. Jen  is an attentive and intuitive teacher who adapts every pose to work for everyone in the room.
