Beginners Yoga

A block of classes to introduce you to the alignment based principles of Anusara Yoga.  The next course is planned for September 2024 as I only offer this twice a year.  If you can't wait, email me and we can arrange private lessons or you can use the video library but I'd prefer to teach my beginners live so I can help you.

 

Each class is for 60 minutes and generally starting with some centering and breath work followed by working on different asanas - a mixture of standing and seated poses.  Introducing students to gentle Sun Salutations so they can learn to move with their breath. Finishing with some restorative poses and returning to breath work leaving you feeling restored and renewed.  

 

By the end of the block of 6 classes most students will be ready to join my Level 1 Classes.  The sixth week is a restorative recording so you can get a taster for this more relaxing type of yoga which is so good for you.
